The Wisconsin Watercolor Society was founded in 1952 by a group of Wisconsin artists. It was the first Wisconsin art organization to be devoted exclusively to watercolor painting. Its purpose now as then has always been to demonstrate and exhibit meaningful development in the medium of watercolor and to serve as a catalyst for those genuinely interested in watercolor.

Artist Statement

I enjoy creating illustrated travelogues as well as individual works that capture moments and experiences. Art is my way of expressing a unique vision of reality, using multiple media to bring that perspective to life, including watercolor and gouache. Guided by the belief that there is always more to learn, I approach each piece as an opportunity to grow and explore.
